How do I create an Account ?

Where is my order?

You can see the status of your order within the My Orders section of your My Account Dashboard, if you have any questions or concerns about an order you can contact your Account Manager or Customer Services directly on 01604 704000 or via e-mail customerservice@acs365.co.uk

What payment options are available?

Clients must have a credit account with ACS in order to place orders, we will raise and invoice which can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or major credit card.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are shipped for a next business day delivery, An order placed after 3:00pm, may not be shipped until the next business day. Most orders are shipped the same business day they are placed if all the products are in stock. For example, orders placed on Friday morning are normally shipped on Friday, and delivered on Monday. How much will delivery cost?

ACS charges a fixed flat rate of £6.50 per order however larger orders or items may incur additional delivery charges from our suppliers. Should this be the case your Account Manager will contact you to discuss and agree these prior to the Order being shipped.
